Oxygen Magazine has just released their collector’s issue, Off the Couch! This special issue was launched last fall and is designed to provide women with motivation, inspirational highlights from real success stories and the tools to get moving, make clean eating choices and make it a lifestyle!
I had the pleasure of working with Oxygen Magazine as a model for the “Zap Fat Outside” article on pg 104. Check it out on your local newsstands. It will be out on stands today through December!
You can also find Nick, my partner in and out of the gym, in the latest October issue of Oxgyen Magazine. He provides a great upper body workout on pg 120 and we all know we crave those sexy delts 
I liked the article that Nick designed for those delts in the latest Oxygen edition…I did some of those exercises this morning, actually.
